Founded in 2020 by Principal & owner Matt Howard, Premier Project Management (PPM) was built on our core values and passion for delivering high quality craftsmanship and design. Matt has over 25 years experience in the construction industry & 15 years of experience in high end custom builds and remodels.

Based out of Toronto, Premier Project management focuses on excellence for our clients. We achieve this by providing clear communication from beginning of the project to the end of project, commitment to timelines and attention to details.

What to expect?

Typically, a project manager and a working site supervisor conduct our projects. The project manager is responsible to oversee the planning & delivery of the project and execution of design. The appointed working site supervisor will be on the project from start to finish of the project and is responsible for coordinating & scheduling trades and executing day to day on site operations. 

Premier Project Management uses a cloud-based project management software app called Buildertrend. A client-based portal allows our clients keep up to date with progression pictures, videos, daily logs, schedule, messaging, change orders and all documents associated with the project all in one convenient place.
